Do you experience persistent or intermittent back pain? Have you ever pulled your back during a workout and found yourself sidelined for six weeks? For most people, the answer is yes.
As we age, back pain often seems inevitable. I can't tell you how many times I've heard from people, both slightly older and decades older than me, "just wait until you get older, this is what happens."
However, one pranic cause of back pain actually has nothing to do with the physical body. Deep-seated resentment and anger can weaken your solar plexus chakra, located at the center of your trunk, and contribute significantly to back pain.
Consider the anger and resentment you've accumulated over your life—whether directed at your parents, strangers, politicians, or even yourself. These negative emotions start small in our younger years but build up over time. Each unresolved issue packs more pranic energy of anger and resentment into your solar plexus chakra, inhibiting the flow of energy. This is why, as you age, you are more likely to experience back pain, directly correlated with the emotional pain you've accumulated.
While back pain isn't guaranteed as a result of these emotions, it's worth reflecting on whether you're holding any resentment or anger towards anyone or anything when you do experience it. Taking steps to forgive, let go, and adopt a new, forgiving perspective can be crucial.
Massage, acupuncture, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and yoga are all effective ways to release anger and resentment from our energy centers. These practices help to cut energetic cords that bind us to negative emotions and people, weakening our energy and making us susceptible to back pain. Simple cord-cutting, commonly employed by energy healers, can bring immediate relief and help you move forward with renewed energy.

Thoughts are energy. They can either cause us stress or become a source of power. There are different types of thoughts: higher thoughts and lower thoughts. Lower thoughts include worry, self-doubt, regret, and jealousy. Higher thoughts are acceptance, love, gratitude, and forgiveness.
Stress arises from living in the past or the future instead of being present in the moment. When we dwell on the past, we reflect, replay, or regret events that have already happened. When we focus on the future, we worry, fear, or try to control things yet to come. Living in the present eliminates unnecessary thinking.
This doesn't mean we shouldn't plan for the future. Planning from a place of calm and clarity is different from overthinking, worrying, or acting out of fear and insecurity. Reflecting on life is also essential, but it should come from a place of joy and gratitude, not insecurity and resentment.
The key is to live in the present moment as much as possible. The past is gone. The future will come in its time. When you embrace higher thoughts, emotions, and actions, you don’t need to worry about the past or future. Trust that they will take care of themselves and that you can handle any situation that arises.
Our thoughts are the root of all stress. This may seem daunting, but start by noticing whether your thoughts are positive or negative. Sit back, relax, have faith, and enjoy your life and the amazing moments you experience each day.
Live in the present, think higher thoughts, and reduce your stress. You’ve got this!
To experience the sensation of emotional energy, think of a person in your life—past or present—who evokes a strong emotion. This could be a feeling of love and happiness or something less ideal, like anger. Spend a few minutes connecting to this person and noticing how they make you feel. Can you sense the shift in your energy?
This simple exercise helps you experience the sensation of energy. By thinking of this person, you are connecting energetically through what are known as energetic cords. Much like making a phone call, you open the door for thoughts and emotions to flow between you.
Intentional connections can be enlightening, but unintentional ones might bring unwanted emotions. When you dwell on a person with whom you have a negative connection, you create an energetic cord that can affect your well-being. Likewise, if someone else thinks of you, they also create this connection.
If you find yourself thinking about someone and it brings you negative feelings, counteract this with positive emotions. Once you feel connected, immediately send them love. You can do this mentally, from your heart, or even through a phone call or letter. If you prefer not to amplify the connection, simply say, "I forgive you, bless you, may you be happy and full of love." This will counteract the negative energy, allowing you to move on with your day.
If the feeling is positive, take a moment to enjoy it. Reflect on your gratitude for this person and savor the connection.
Harnessing the power of emotional energy can transform your day and enhance your well-being. Try it and feel the difference!
