As a health coach, I emphasize balance over strict diet rules. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, our goal is to eat clean and healthy. But there's one exception I strongly advocate against: pork.
Here’s why: pigs lack pores, which means they cannot release toxins or negative energies from their bodies. Unlike most animals, pigs accumulate these energies, including from the meat they might eat, and from their physical and emotional experiences.
When you consume pork, you’re not just eating meat; you're ingesting the history of the pig, which may include poor diet and trauma. This accumulates in the meat, making it energetically heavy and potentially detrimental to your well-being.
If you’ve enjoyed pork in the past, you might find it hard to let go. However, many who do report feeling more energetic and healthier. Try cutting out pork and see how it impacts your health—often, issues like headaches, digestive problems, or stress can improve significantly.
Consider this: the choice is yours, but the benefits of moving away from pork might be worth exploring.
Criticism is everywhere today. Whether it's aimed at others or at ourselves, it’s a behavior most of us engage in—consciously or unconsciously. It’s even become the norm in politics, where criticizing others for their beliefs is almost expected. But this default mindset is unhealthy, both mentally and physically.
Here’s the truth: Criticism, no matter how justified it feels, harms you in the long run. But the good news? It’s not your fault. From the moment we’re born, we’re programmed by our environment—parents, caretakers, society—to adopt certain beliefs. Over time, these beliefs shape our identity and behavior, often leading to critical thoughts about those who don’t share our views.
But we must remember that everyone has a unique perspective based on their life experiences. And here's a key point: every action, no matter how it appears, has a positive intention behind it. When we criticize others, we fail to recognize that their beliefs are just as valid as our own.
As Master Choa Kok Sui wisely said, "It is easier to be kind, tolerant, and detached than to try to change and improve everybody." So next time you feel the urge to criticize, pause and ask yourself: Can I accept this person’s viewpoint without losing confidence in my own?
The remedy lies in kindness, tolerance, and calm. By learning to appreciate the good in others and allowing room for different perspectives, we create space for harmony and co-existence. We all have much to learn from one another, if we remain open.
When your energy centers (or chakras) are balanced and receiving clean energy, your physical body reflects that health. But when the energy you take in is polluted—whether by stress, anger, or other negative emotions—your physical body suffers too.
Two key energy centers are deeply connected to your emotional well-being: one in the solar plexus (abdomen) and one near the heart. These "emotional centers" impact both your digestive system and your heart. Ever felt a knot in your stomach when stressed? That's your solar plexus reacting. But your heart chakra also gets affected, and over time, negative emotions can contribute to heart problems like arrhythmias or even heart failure.
If you come from a family with a history of heart disease, you might feel fated to the same path. But here's the truth: it's not set in stone. Chronic stress and unresolved negative emotions wreak havoc on your heart’s energy center. Emotions like resentment or anger can, over time, weaken your physical heart.
Doctors often focus on treating symptoms, but true healing looks at the root cause—and that includes emotional health. If your heart's energy is blocked by negativity, healing those emotions might just be the key to a longer, healthier life.
Your emotions affect your heart more than you realize. Choose healing.
