Cleanse Your Energy with a Pranic Healing Salt Bath

Every day, we're immersed in an ocean of prana. Whether you're soaking up the rejuvenating prana of nature or navigating the heavy, overwhelming prana of a bustling city, your energy body absorbs the surrounding energies.

A session with a certified Pranic Healer is the best way to cleanse these unwanted energies. However, there are simple steps you can take at home to help clear your energy body. One of the easiest methods is a salt bath!

Here's a straightforward recipe and instructions for a Pranic Healing Salt Bath. Note that this bath does not use Epsom salt but rather table salt or water softening salt, which you can find at your local hardware store. Try it for yourself and notice the impact. If you find it beneficial, incorporate salt baths into your weekly routine. Just as we wash away physical dirt, it's important to cleanse the energetic grime we accumulate daily.

Pranic Healing Salt Bath

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of real salt (non-Epsom)
  • Lavender essential oi

Directions:

  • In an old Tupperware container, place 1 lb. of non-Epsom salt (table salt, water softening salt, etc.).
  • Add 7 drops of lavender essential oil to the salt.

  • Prepare your environment with candles, incense, calming music, etc.
  • Optionally, if you pray or connect with spiritual guides, ask for their blessings and healing energy to infuse the salt.
  • Transfer the salt and essential oil mixture from the Tupperware to the bathtub.
  • Soak in the bathtub for 20-25 minutes.
  • Take a quick shower to rinse off the salt.

Mind Mastery Techniques

Experience the Power of Meditation: Clear Your Aura for Inner Peace

When our aura becomes overloaded with the energy of thoughts—whether our own or others'—finding inner peace becomes impossible. It's like a never-ending to-do list that keeps accumulating tasks without ever crossing any off. The longer the list grows, the more stressed we become.

This is why meditation is so powerful and essential for everyone. At its core, meditation is about creating stillness and learning to detach from the thoughts that consume us daily. It's not about being thoughtless or never thinking; it's about becoming the thinker of the thoughts rather than being overwhelmed by them.

When you meditate, especially with the Meditation on Twin Hearts, your entire energy body is flushed with healing energy. Imagine your body and aura as a cloudy gallon of milk. Now, think of meditation as clear water being added to this gallon. Eventually, the milk is displaced, leaving only pure water. This is what the Meditation on Twin Hearts does for our energy body: it clears unnecessary thought forms, leaving us with clarity. It's truly a reset for the mind, empowering you to use your mind effectively instead of being overwhelmed by it.

If you're in Colorado and would like to experience this in person, join us at the Arvada Public Library on Sunday, June 2nd at 1:30 PM for a free guided Meditation on Twin Hearts session. No experience is necessary—just come and feel the transformation as negative energy is replaced by positive, healing energy!

Balancing Your Emotional Well-Being

The Power of Emotional Energy: Understanding Empathy and Emotional Attachment

Emotions are a form of prana, or energy, and can be transferred to other people or objects. We’ve all experienced this, even if it’s not always obvious. Imagine having a great day, only to receive a phone call from a friend who is distressed, angry, or sad. By the time you hang up, you might also feel distressed, angry, or sad.

It’s important to distinguish between empathy and emotional attachment:

Empathy: Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another without becoming entangled in their emotional state. It’s a compassionate response where you feel for the other person while maintaining clear boundaries between their emotions and your own.

Emotional Attachment: On the other hand, being emotionally attached and consumed by someone’s emotional energy means allowing their emotions to infiltrate and dominate your own energetic and emotional state. This lack of boundaries can lead to burnout and emotional instability, disrupting your energy body and overall well-being.

Practicing empathy without emotional attachment involves awareness. When you recognize that emotions are contagious, you can shield yourself from their power. Simply acknowledging, “I’m experiencing stress, but I know this is not my stress,” can stop the energy of stress in its tracks.

Negative emotions can also be transferred to objects, such as antiques or paintings. A good rule of thumb is to know the history of any antique you buy and choose to have that history as part of your life. Similarly, avoid purchasing art from depressed artists. Having such objects in your home can weigh you down, as their negative energies can impact your own energy over time.

By understanding and applying these concepts, you can better manage your emotional and energetic well-being, ensuring a more balanced and stress-free life.
