The body needs nature.
On a spectrum from having a small plant in your office to walking barefoot through a tropical rainforest, the more nature energy you invite into your life, the better. No matter who you are or what you do, your health will improve if you include nature in your daily routine.
Many people see time in nature as a luxury—something reserved for an annual vacation to the beach or mountains. While those trips are wonderful, they also serve as reminders of how rejuvenating and essential nature truly is for our body, mind, and spirit.
The reason is simple: energy.
Everything in existence is energy. Science has confirmed that even “solid” objects—desks, cell phones, human bodies—are made of vibrating energy particles moving at frequencies low enough to be seen and felt. They appear solid, but they are not. Thoughts, emotions, and sounds are also energy—just vibrating at higher frequencies, invisible to the naked eye yet equally real.
When we immerse ourselves in nature, we surround ourselves with living beings—plants, trees, rivers, sunlight, soil, and animals—that naturally radiate clean, high-frequency energy. These natural forms are clear conduits for spiritual prana, or divine life energy. They absorb prana from the sun, air, and earth, transform it, and release it into their environment—creating what we experience as freshness or vitality.
Unlike humans, nature does not carry emotional congestion or energetic pollution. A tree does not doubt its worth. A flower does not resent its neighbor. The ocean does not fear its waves. Because of this, the prana emitted by nature is pure, balanced, and healing.
This is why standing barefoot on the earth, sitting under a tree, or swimming in a natural body of water can instantly shift your energy. You are literally recharging your energetic body with clean prana.
So, if you’re healing from illness, feeling heavy, or simply stuck—take this as your sign. Step outside. Sit under the sun. Walk in the grass. Listen to the sound of water or wind. Even five minutes can help clear congested energy and restore balance to your system.
Nature isn’t a luxury. It’s medicine. And it’s available to you every single day.

There’s one quality of energy the world needs most right now: harmony.
The quality of our energy influences everything—how we think, feel, and interact with others. According to Master Choa Kok Sui, there are seven major qualities, or “rays,” of energy that shape our behavior and perception: Will, Love, Intelligence, Harmony, Knowledge, Devotion, and Order. Each of us carries a unique blend of these qualities depending on our life purpose and spiritual development.
For instance, a business owner or executive may express more will energy—focused, decisive, and goal-oriented. A teacher, on the other hand, may embody more love and nurturing, balancing compassion with structure. Ideally, these energies work together. When one dominates and others are suppressed, imbalance follows—rigidity, confusion, or emotional fatigue.
Right now, one quality seems to be missing from the collective field: harmonious action.
Those who embody harmony can see multiple perspectives and bridge them. They aren’t too forceful or too passive. Instead, they align with balance—seeking outcomes that serve the greater good rather than one side or another.
As Master Choa Kok Sui taught:
“When there is balance, there is health. When there is harmony, there is peace.”
But today, much of the world vibrates with the energy of division, righteousness, and contention. Many people are more focused on defending their right to be right than on understanding one another. The result is energetic separation—friction that drains vitality and feeds emotional exhaustion.
Harmony, however, begins within. It is born when we shift from reaction to awareness, from judgment to understanding. It’s not about agreement—it’s about alignment. When we approach others as extensions of the same divine energy, we naturally become instruments of balance.
Imagine if even half the world took one daily action to create harmony with someone they disagreed with—a kind word, a moment of listening, or simply choosing calm over argument. The collective energy would have no choice but to change.
As Master Choa reminded his students:
“When hearts unite in goodwill, the energy of harmony radiates outward—healing families, nations, and the world.”
Harmony isn’t passive. It’s a conscious choice—and it might just be the most powerful energy we can share right now.

Has someone or something outside of yourself created a problem in your life recently? Perhaps you believe that if it weren’t for a few certain people, everything could have been—or could still be—different and better. Maybe you feel trapped in a marriage or close relationship, or believe that your circumstances were predetermined by your parents, siblings, or an ex-partner. You might even subscribe to the notion of “doing the best you can with the cards you were dealt.”
If you’ve ever entertained thoughts like these, you likely know how heavy it feels to believe your potential is limited by forces outside your control.
When you feel held back by others, it’s often a sign that you’re digging your heels into the ground—refusing to move forward in your own life until someone offers reassurance, an apology, or understanding. While it’s important to protect boundaries and pursue justice when harm has occurred, there’s a fine line between standing in integrity and surrendering your power to resentment. When we allow our growth to depend on others’ actions, we are not protecting ourselves—we are giving our energy away.
At its core, this reaction is often rooted in negative pride.
Negative pride is the inner voice that says, “I’m right,” “I’m better,” or “They don’t deserve my kindness.” It’s sneaky—it can masquerade as righteousness, justification, or “standing up for what’s right.” But we must pause and ask ourselves:
“Who do I want to be?”
That question shifts everything. When we focus our energy on becoming the person we wish to embody—rather than blaming others for who they are not—we reclaim our power. This isn’t about becoming passive or allowing others to walk over us; it’s about separating others’ actions from our own character and maintaining alignment with our higher nature.
As Master Choa Kok Sui teaches:
“When pride dominates, love and intelligence are veiled. The soul’s light cannot shine through.”
Every moment offers a chance to refine our character. No one is exempt from the opportunity to become more kind, honest, generous, or balanced—myself included. When we withhold kindness until someone deserves it, we trap ourselves in a cycle of unkindness. Energy, by its nature, flows and returns. What we withhold, we stop receiving.
When we prioritize righteousness or our own pain over compassion, we generate more of the same energy. As Master Choa would say, “What you send out returns multiplied.”
The purpose of life is to experience everything this world has to offer while becoming the best version of ourselves. Pride is perhaps one of the greatest obstacles to that growth. The good news? The solution lies entirely within your control—and it’s simpler than it seems.
Start by asking yourself in any challenging situation:
“What can I do to improve this—for myself and for others?”
This question shifts you from blame to empowerment. It unearths your heels from the ground and reopens the flow of prana—inviting compassion, clarity, and creativity back into your life.
This work is not easy. It demands honesty, courage, and a willingness to choose love over righteousness. But it is possible.
When you release the need to be right, you reconnect with your power to be kind—and that is where true strength lives. In that moment, your energy aligns with your higher self, prana flows freely, and life begins to unfold with greater ease.
As Master Choa Kok Sui reminds us,
“When the heart is open, energy follows, and miracles happen.”
