The 3 Body Solution/How Service, Mindset & Energy Protection Create Real Healing

Physical Wellness Essentials

The Missing Link to Good Luck: Why Service Opens the Flow

If you’ve found yourself in a stretch of bad luck, there might be one simple action missing from your life—one that can open the flow of good energy again: service.

Energy is the essence of everything we are and do. We live in a reciprocal world—what we give is what we receive. But sometimes it feels like all we do is give, and nothing seems to come back.

As Master Choa Kok Sui teaches:

“Service makes good karma materialize.”

I was raised on the Golden Rule: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” Most people would agree it’s a good life principle. But what happens when you’re doing good, staying kind… and life doesn’t reflect that back?

Sometimes, no matter how kind, patient, or generous we are, the energy just doesn’t circulate. And that’s where service—real, tangible, physical service—can shift everything.

I’m not just talking about holding a door open or letting someone cut in line at Costco (though that counts too). I mean volunteering somewhere that gets you out of your routine and into action. Food banks, dog shelters, trail work, helping kids—anything where you show up for someone or something beyond yourself.

Physical action moves physical energy. And when you serve, you move prana. You create a vacuum that allows new energy—and blessings—to flow in.

“When you serve others, the universe serves you.” – MCKS

This isn’t just personal. If you feel overwhelmed by the state of the world, serving others is one of the fastest ways to shift your inner state—and begin creating the change you wish to see.

There’s always someone who has less. Always a way to give.

So when you feel stuck, try this:
Serve someone. Anywhere. With whatever you’ve got.

It might just be the reset you didn’t know you needed.

This Too Shall Pass: A Spiritual Approach to Political Chaos

You Are Not Your Pain: Detaching from Identity Through Awareness

I’ve always made it a point to stay politically neutral in my newsletters. I truly believe in the power of understanding others and accepting our differences. I also hold a deep belief in divine order—that everything is unfolding exactly as it should, and that, ultimately, all will be well.

That said, I also believe it’s okay to acknowledge when things don’t feel that way.

While I’ll continue doing my best to offer a neutral and healing space here, it’s clear the world needs real tools to navigate the emotional intensity of our current political climate.

One of those tools is ancient, spiritual, and energetically sound:
This too shall pass.

It may sound simple. But when deeply understood, this truth can be transformational.

From an energetic perspective, we are not the roles or labels the world assigns us. We are not Republican, Democrat, or Independent. Not even our gender, height, or weight. These are temporary identifiers.

What we are is energy.
We are souls—spiritual beings having a human experience—operating within a physical body.

And energy, as Master Choa Kok Sui teaches, is neutral and reciprocal.

“Energy is intelligent, but not emotional. It follows natural laws. What you send out, returns.”
– Master Choa Kok Sui

That means the energy we put into the world—whether it’s love, hate, peace, or rage—will come back to us. It is not our job to judge others or punish those who cause suffering. It is our job to radiate loving-kindness, which neutralizes negative energy and uplifts the collective vibration.

If you're feeling heartbroken by the cruelty or injustice unfolding in the world right now—especially on this Fourth of July—remember: the energy of harm always returns to its source. This isn’t karma in the vengeful sense. It’s spiritual cause and effect. Harmful actions, no matter how justified they may seem, cannot generate peace or prosperity.

That’s not something to feel glad about. I don’t wish suffering on anyone. But it does mean that justice is built into the architecture of the universe. We don’t always see it right away—but energy never lies. And it never fails.

Now, I’m not suggesting we sit back and do nothing. In fact, quite the opposite.

When we stop feeding our energy into despair, hopelessness, or rage, we become available. Available to take meaningful action. Available to show up strong, steady, and spiritually charged when the tides begin to shift.

Until then, stay grounded. Stay aware. And above all—trust.

Because energy doesn’t pick sides.
It responds to frequency.
Always has. Always will.

Balancing Your Emotional Well-Being

Resentment and the Energy That Blocks Us

Looking into the Abyss Without Falling In

If you're sensitive to energy, it doesn’t take more than five minutes on social media—or watching the news—to feel emotionally overwhelmed by what’s happening in the world today.

In this newsletter, we’ve already touched on how the physical act of service can shift negative energy, and we’ve explored a mindset that can empower you to create healing for yourself and those around you—especially during difficult times.

But sometimes, it’s all just too much. Sometimes, simply witnessing these things can feel so emotionally overwhelming that it becomes paralyzing.

If you take one thing away from this message today, I hope it’s this:
Doing things that feel genuinely good for your soul is not selfish—it’s a powerful form of global healing.

My teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui, often said:

“You should be able to look into the abyss without falling in.”

This mindset isn’t always easy to adopt, especially when the suffering feels personal. But it’s powerful once you start to practice it.

The idea is this: you don’t need to turn away from things that create emotional discomfort. We must stay informed and aware. But we must also protect our emotions—because our emotions are energy. And when they are depleted, scattered, or tangled in fear, we become less effective as healers, leaders, and humans.

One of the best ways to protect your emotional energy is to intentionally bring into your life the things that spark pure joy, real love, and deep gratitude.

It’s easy to be swept up in pain—whether it’s your own or someone else’s. But remember: energy is reciprocal. One of the most powerful things we can do is learn how to create and anchor love within ourselves.

This doesn’t mean you lack compassion for those suffering. In fact, it’s the opposite. Creating love and joy within yourself generates healing prana that radiates outward into the collective field.

Master Choa taught that loving-kindness is a transforming energy—a healing force that restores balance on both the micro and macro levels.

So think of this as building an army of love.

If we’re paralyzed by sadness, fear, or anger, we become stuck. But if we’re fueled by intelligence, strength, and—most importantly—love, we become energetic warriors for change.

That’s the meaning of not “falling into the abyss.”

Yes, the abyss is real. Right now, it’s more present than I’ve ever seen in my 45 years on this earth. But we don’t have to fall in—and we definitely don’t have to ignore what’s happening.

Instead, we take care of ourselves first—our energy, our emotions—and act from that centered place.

Because love always wins.
Always.
