You’ve probably heard about turmeric, ginger, garlic, and orange juice wellness shots, right? They’re everywhere in the world of health and wellness, praised for their anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting benefits. But what if I told you they do more than just support your physical health?
These ingredients don’t just work on a cellular level—they help clear stagnant energy, recharge your system, and keep your pranic body strong.
Why This Shot Works Energetically:
How to Get the Most Out of It:
This isn’t just about taking a wellness shot—it’s about making a simple, daily habit that supports your energy, mindset, and overall well-being.
Give it a try, and let me know how you feel!

If you've ever been on the fence about whether or not to start a meditation practice, keep reading. Before I became a regular meditator, I saw meditation as this elusive thing—somewhat mysterious, definitely unknown, and, if I'm being honest, a little bit kooky. It seemed like something people who had nothing else to do would engage in, and I was busy. I was successful. I didn’t have time for that, even though something about it still intrigued me. Sound familiar? If so, let me tell you why you should reconsider.
Meditation Makes You Smarter
As humans, especially in today’s world, our brains are a mess. Between technology, news designed to hijack our emotions, and the hustle culture that dominates most professions, our minds are constantly overloaded. Meditation, when practiced regularly, gives your brain a place to pause, breathe, and be still.
Let’s Go Deeper
One of the first things you need to understand about meditation is that the goal is not to stop your thoughts. If you’re the type of person who says, “I’m not good at meditating because my mind just races,” that just means you’re a beginner. Everyone starts this way. The mind’s default nature is to run amok—constantly analyzing, calculating, guarding, and protecting.
Instead of trying to silence your mind, meditation teaches you to observe it. Imagine lying in the grass on a warm summer day, watching fluffy clouds drift across a baby blue sky. Thoughts are like those clouds—they pass by when you stop chasing them.
This takes time and consistency, but once you experience it, everything changes.
The Power of Thought Energy
Let’s think about this logically: Imagine the space you could free up if you conditioned yourself to choose another response to worry—one that acknowledges the situation but doesn’t feed it anxious energy.
Master Choa Kok Sui teaches that “energy follows thought.” That means whatever we focus on, we energize. When we pour prana into worrisome thoughts, stress, and fear, they expand. But when we withdraw our energy from those patterns, they dissolve.
Without the energetic drain of stress, what remains is the full power of your brain. You are far more intelligent than you realize, and without the burden of unnecessary worry, your mind can fully focus on clarity, problem-solving, and creativity.
Meditation Rewires Your Mind
Even if you start with just five minutes a day, something incredible happens:
Like a muscle that gets stronger with training, your ability to observe your thoughts starts to flex itself in everyday situations. Whether you're on a meditation cushion or sitting in rush hour traffic, you begin to see your thoughts instead of being consumed by them.
You’ll notice:
✅ The thoughts that serve you.
❌ The thoughts that trigger anxiety and tension.
And then, the real power comes in: the choice.
Which thoughts do you want to energize? Which ones do you want to release?
Meditation gives you control over your mind, and with that power, anything is possible.

Difficult emotions, like sadness, fear, and anger, don’t exactly feel like gifts—but they are. They serve as messengers, alerting you to something in your life that needs attention. These emotions, though uncomfortable, are guides designed to help you shift and adjust, opening the door to more joy, clarity, and inner peace.
The key, just like observing our thoughts in meditation, is to witness emotions rather than push them away. Suppressing emotions can show up in different ways:
Instead, we must allow them. Just feel them. This can be challenging, especially if the emotion is intense. At times, it may feel like a storm raging inside you—like a weight on your chest, a lump in your throat, or even panic in your heart. But emotions, when fully experienced, have a natural life cycle. When we let them exist, when we allow them to move through us, something incredible happens: they pass.
Emotions As an Energy Cleanser
Instead of seeing emotions as disturbances, try viewing them as a form of energetic cleansing. When a strong emotion surfaces, imagine it like a tornado moving through your system. It may feel chaotic in the moment, but when the storm passes, clarity and peace remain. This is because emotions are energy, and energy—like prana—needs to move. If we trap emotional energy in our system, it stagnates, leading to stress, exhaustion, or even physical ailments. But when we allow emotions to flow naturally, we prevent energy congestion, ensuring a healthier, more balanced state.
Master Choa Kok Sui teaches that negative emotional energy can accumulate in the chakras, particularly the solar plexus. When emotions are acknowledged, processed, and released, we clear these energy centers, allowing fresh, revitalizing prana to flow. This is why after experiencing and releasing a deep emotion, you often feel lighter—because energetically, you are lighter.
How to Process Difficult Emotions
When difficult emotions arise, give yourself the space to process them. Here’s how:
If a particular emotion keeps surfacing, it may be a sign that its message hasn’t been fully received. When this happens, don’t force it away—return to stillness and listen. The only way to release emotional energy is to experience it, allow it, and then let it go.
This process of emotional awareness and release is a true gift of evolution. As emotions clear, you see life with renewed clarity and have the power to create change like never before.
