Energy purification involves integrating regular activities into your routine to cleanse your energy. When practiced intentionally, it can dramatically improve your overall well-being. If you've never intentionally cleansed your energy, you might not realize how good you can feel. You might have accepted feeling sluggish or unwell as just part of aging.
Our etheric body, linked to our physical body, can accumulate negative or diseased energy. The things we consume—like cigarettes, processed food, alcohol, and non-BPA-free plastics—can contaminate our energy body. These substances can dirty our chakras and overall energy.
While some toxins are avoidable, others, like alcohol, require moderation. A hangover, for instance, disrupts the healthy flow of energy and leaves you feeling off.
Here are some simple ways to purify your energy:
We often intuitively know that these activities make us feel better, but understanding that they also cleanse our energy bodies can provide extra motivation to incorporate them into our lives. While we can't always avoid accumulating dirty energy, we can take steps to flush it out and feel better more often.
By practicing energy purification regularly, you can enhance your vitality and overall health, making every day a little brighter.
Our blueprint for life rarely aligns perfectly with reality. A blueprint is our plan—our expectations for success, family, and even daily meals. However, life often takes unexpected turns, and when our blueprint doesn’t match our reality, we experience suffering.
A good friend reminded me of this recently. He pointed out that suffering occurs when our expectations clash with reality. We spend time crafting detailed plans based on our childhood experiences, likes, dislikes, and aspirations. But then, as if the universe wasn’t paying attention, something else happens that wasn’t part of our blueprint.
In response, we often suffer—we pout, moan, cry, protest, and retreat. Our minds struggle to cope when things don’t go as planned.
Don’t get me wrong, planning and goal-setting are important. However, it’s equally crucial to be flexible when reality deviates from our plans. This requires faith—faith that we are safe, that a higher power is looking out for us, and that we will be okay no matter what.
When we accept our circumstances and swiftly adjust our blueprint to match reality, the true power of creation emerges. We continue to plan, shift, and strategize, but we also peacefully accept what is. We use our circumstances to our advantage rather than resisting and protesting against them.
Be still, be aware, be flexible. Everything will fall into place as it’s meant to be. Work in harmony with the universe and everything that happens, rather than resisting things that weren’t part of your plan. Embrace the unexpected and allow your blueprint to evolve with life’s map.
Difficult emotions can be powerful teachers. Most of us do everything we can to avoid feeling sadness, disappointment, anger, or frustration. However, when we start to identify these emotions as messengers, we can use them to make necessary changes in our lives that our soul is calling for.
When you feel bad from these types of emotions, it's an indicator that something is out of alignment with your soul, heart, purpose, or life. When our actions are not in harmony with our innermost peace, we experience emotional turmoil. For example, if a particular relationship brings about negative emotions, it could mean that your expectations of that relationship are flawed, you are overly attached to an idea about it, or being in this relationship is out of alignment with your soul's intention for your life. Often, we stay in such situations because we believe, consciously or unconsciously, that it's better to be angry with someone than to not have a relationship with them at all. So, we remain connected to this person through our anger or sadness, instead of realizing that these emotions are signaling that something bigger needs to change.
It's not always about someone else. Sometimes, your expectations need to change. It might have nothing to do with the other person and more to do with something bigger calling for your attention. Our soul knows all. Our deepest truths already live inside us. When we use our minds to define ourselves, if it's not in alignment with our soul, we will feel discomfort.
Don't ignore these signals. The key is to discern everything in life. Reflect upon your life with the utmost honesty and learn to maneuver through change gracefully. We are energetic, fluid beings. When we become too rigid in our thoughts, beliefs, and habits, our energy becomes stagnant and diseased. Listen to your messengers with sincere self-honesty, and the universe will respond in kind.
