These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sturdy Oak Wellness website and any services, sessions, programs, memberships, content, or materials offered by Sturdy Oak Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “Coach”).
By accessing this website, booking services, enrolling in programs or memberships, or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
1. Scope of Services
Sturdy Oak Wellness provides holistic wellness services which may include, but are not limited to:
- Pranic healing (in-person or distant)
- Coaching and mentoring
- Weight loss and wellness programs
- Membership communities and subscriptions
- Educational content, digital materials, and resources
All services are educational and supportive in nature and are not medical, psychological, or licensed nutrition services.
2. Medical & Health Disclaimer
You understand and agree that:
- Sturdy Oak Wellness is not a medical provider
- Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Services are not a substitute for professional medical care
- You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to diet, exercise, supplements, or medications
You agree not to discontinue or modify any medical treatment without consulting your healthcare provider.
3. Pranic Healing Disclaimer
Pranic healing is an energy-based wellness modality intended to support overall well-being.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Results are not guaranteed
- Outcomes vary by individual
- Effectiveness may depend on factors such as receptivity, readiness, and personal circumstances
- Lack of perceived benefit does not constitute failure or negligence
Participation is voluntary, and you assume all responsibility for your experience.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Sturdy Oak Wellness makes no guarantees regarding outcomes from any service, including but not limited to:
- Weight loss
- Healing outcomes
- Emotional or physical changes
- Specific improvements in health or well-being
Results depend on multiple factors including participation, consistency, health history, and individual circumstances.
5. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in services, including but not limited to:
- Physical sensations
- Emotional responses
- Energetic experiences
- Changes related to diet, lifestyle, or habits
You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
6. Booking, Payment & Cancellation (General Services)
- Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Individual sessions are non-refundable once rendered
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited
- Specific cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply and will be communicated at booking
7. Programs & Additional Agreements
Certain services or programs require acceptance of additional terms, including a Client Agreement and Informed Consent. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a program-specific agreement, the program-specific agreement shall govern.
8. Memberships & Subscriptions
Some offerings are provided on a recurring subscription basis, including but not limited to membership communities and ongoing access programs.
By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following:
a. Billing & Renewal
- Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as disclosed at checkout)
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date
- You authorize Sturdy Oak Wellness to charge your payment method on file
b. Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership at any time through the method provided at enrollment
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for prior payments
- Access continues through the end of the current billing period
c. Access & Content
- Membership content, structure, and offerings may evolve over time
- No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed
- Access may be revoked for violation of these Terms or community guidelines
d. No Refunds
- Membership fees are non-refundable once charged
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, programs, and resources are the property of Sturdy Oak Wellness unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share content without prior written permission. Materials are for personal, educational use only.
10. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will keep personal information confidential except as required by law or with your consent.
11. Code of Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully and appropriately. Any abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access or services without refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sturdy Oak Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in services or use of this website.
You agree to release and hold harmless Sturdy Oak Wellness from any claims related to participation.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
14. Changes to Terms
Sturdy Oak Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
